The Vet

Grammy said I have to go to the vet.
I have a tumor on my leg.

This morning we were up early
and got in the van to go to the vet.

I'm pretty happy going
for a ride.
This is Papa's survey van, that's why you see all the supplies in the background.
When I got to the vet I did NOT want to get out.
There were strange dogs there.
The nice vet go into the van and gave me my check up.

He said that my tumor is benign

benign

BENI'GN, a. beni'ne. [L.benignus, from the same root, as bonus, bene, ancient L. benus, Eng. boon.]

1. Kind; of a kind disposition; gracious; favorable.
Our Creator, bounteous and benign.

2. Generous; liberal; as a benign benefactor.

3. Favorable; having a salutary influence; as the benign aspect of the seasons.
The benign light of revelation.

4. Wholesome; not pernicious; as a benign medicine.

5. Favorable; not malignant; as a benign disease.

SO, it is not dangerous.
I will have to have a surgery to have it removed.
The surgery is not to serious but I will have to wear a cone collar afterward.

And the vet did say one more thing
I have to go on a diet.

Hmm, I guess that means we will have to cut out the dog food.
I'll just eat people food.

I am back home now, happily going to sleep on my blanket.
It was a busy morning.
I have put the laptop away
and now I am going to sleep.
{Grammy says I snore}

I love you.

Zack - Nice cone collar picture.
Why is the picture of you and the vet tilted?
Henry - That WAS nice of the vet to come outside
Kimberly - poor girl, keep us posted on the surgery news

Yes! So thankful to our benign Creator!
Zackary the pic is tilted for two reasons 1. hard to get the pic cause DAISY did NOT like it 2. cause sometimes things are interesting when they are different then what you expect them to be. Henry, yes, it was nice of that vet to come outside, you are right.
Daisy will keep you posted when she has surgery.
I am handling the comments because she is sleeping right now, I can hear her snoring.
Love you!!
