We got a fence.
I think we got it because Grammy thought it looked cute.
Geoff gave us the fence from his own yard.
Thanks, Geoff :)

Papa, Grammy, Geoff and David pulled the posts out of the ground
and pulled nails out of the wood.
When they were done they put all the fence pieces in the white truck.
They brought it home.

Time went by
tick tock, tick tock, tick tock
Grammy held it up ... redneck style ;)
Papa had his surgery
more time passed
tick tock, tick tock, tick tock
Finally the day came!
Grammy was going to get that fence.
Here I am with Papa.
We are driving to the store to buy supplies.
I don't know WHY she wanted a fence but
Grammy and Papa thanked God for providing
a beautiful wooden fence for the yard.
Here is a picture of me while Papa and David made a plan for the fence.
But I was wondering what was going on OUT THERE.
WAIT! Was that neighbors cat out??
They didn't notice me, I could DO whatever I wanted.
HMM..
Should I RUN OUT of the yard?
It wasn't the cat I saw. Turns out it was a bird.
But, in this picture I was THINKING about RUNNING OUT to get the cat.
Papa, Uncle Benj, David {soon to be Uncle David} worked on the fence for several hours.
They drank soda,
ate 4 different types of chips.
Had Pizza for dinner.
They used a hole digger
They dug 6 holes
They screwed the fence back together.
Papa put latches on the gate and
Voila!
A fence.
WAIT, I think there is a mistake here.
I can't get out.
They put the latch on the outside.
How am I supposed to open it?
I think they forgot about me.
Now, I am behind this fence.
I was feeling sorry for myself until
They came out and loved me!!
I could still SEE over the fence.
I just couldn't GET over it.
I guess that will be OK.
We have a pretty good time on the inside of the fence.
Still, I don't know why Grammy wanted a fence.
But, it's pretty so we will keep it.
Psalm 118:28
You are my God,
and I will give you thanks;
you are my God,
and I will exalt you.
